Are You an Eligible NDIS Participant?
At Great Shepherd Disability And Aged Care Services, we are proud to assist individuals who are eligible for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). To be an eligible NDIS participant, you must meet the following criteria:
- Age: You must be under 65 years old when you apply for NDIS.
- Residency: You must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a Protected Special Category Visa.
- Disability: You must have a permanent and significant disability that affects your ability to perform everyday activities.
If you meet the above criteria, Great Shepherd Disability And Aged Care Services is here to support you in accessing the right care and services tailored to your individual needs. We offer a variety of services, including Daily Personal Activities, Community Participation, Accommodation & Tenancy Support, and much more to help you lead a fulfilling life.
